Beta Company 100rd Magazine question???

Hey guys, just a quick question, maybe for some of our Military/LEO out there... I purchased a surplus style lot of AR-15 accessories from a gentleman awhile back. One of the items was a Beta C 100rd magazine - http://www.betaco.com/products.asp?rid=5. However, upon doing some research, I've noticed that this particular model states its for M249/SAW/FN rifles. Are they compliant to the AR-15 platform?

and a side note, I don't need it and planned on selling it. So if anyone is interested its going to be in the classifieds as soon as I do some testing : )

Re: Beta Company 100rd Magazine question???

i used one in iraq 4 years ago. a bit heavy when loaded. the SAW (squad automatic weapon), the 249(which is a SAW) and and the M-16/AR-15 use the same magazines. it actually worked better on the M-16/M-4 than the SAW's.
