snow's

I'm looking to take my son on a snow goose hunt next year. I, like everyone else, want this to be a really memorable one. Do any of you seasoned veterans have any suggestions as to what part of the country to head to? I would like to be able to drive to the area so hoping to stay within 15 or 16 hours of central Pa. I've been looking at Arkansas but there is just so many places I'm not sure. Thanks in advance for anyone help.

Mound City, MO is known for it's spring snow goose hunting, and has the Squaw Creek Wildlife Refuge where a million plus snow geese stop during the peak migration. A group of us went out there a few years ago, and it was a fun trip. Of course, we went on an "off" year for snow goose hunting. The guide we went with is no longer in the business. It's a good place to look into though. Good luck!

So many things to hunt, but too little time.
