Anybody Use Momarsh Blinds?

I'm new to waterfowl hunting. That being said, I do have back issues and a knee replacement. Since raising up in a layout blind may be an issue I'm wondering if anyone has used any of the Momarsh blinds? I forget the exact name but they have one where you're actually sitting up but doors cover you. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have the Momarsh invis-chair and you sit in it and has a roof/door that is spring loaded and you can shoot from a sitting position. As long as its heavily brushed in with the vegetation from the area you are hunting they are great. The chair has web feet and can be used in water as well up to approx. 15 inches comfortably.
