Cranberry Twp -Rules on firearms?

My understanding is that as long as you are hunting and following hunting rules, it can't be dictated what you use in this manner. Parts of Cranberry Twp are Allegheny and Butler county. I dont think what they have listed is accurate at all nor legal.

Cranberry township does not have the authority to enforce what is legal for hunting, only the PGC and or the general assembly have that authority.

Thank you. That is what I thought. I understand what they were trying to do with the large amount of development, but they are misguided here for sure on that and written permission matters.

Local police of famous for trying to make up their own hunting laws and regulations as well. Been stopped so many times over the years by clueless officers.

I don't think there is any township in the Commonwealth that spans multiple counties - Cran-F-berry is all in Butler.

Isn't Cranberry in 2B?

“Aw, people can come up with statistics to prove anything, Kent. Fourteen percent of all people know that.”

My township/borough spans Bucks and Montgomery Counties...Not by a ton though, about a 6%-94% split.
