Body grip plate weight?

Want to make up some plates for bridge edges for 110's using mtp clips. How much should the plates need to weigh, 3_4 lbs.?

Re: Body grip plate weight?

At least, maybe more. Most of mine weigh close to 6 pounds. I had some that probably weighed around 3-4 pounds and lost some in high water, never lost any with a 6 pounder.

I didn't make it to the gym today. That makes five years in a row.

I don't use plates. I just wedge 'em against the wall with a rock and wire the trap off to something that isn't going to move in high water. Rocks are free and wire is cheap. But that's just me.

I trap mink because I don't know any better

Old Mink, I totally agree, but I have some smooth bridges and want to try these plates.
