New traps

I must admit I don't post here much , guess I'm a lurker. I am in the process of manufacturing a new line of traps and am looking for input as to what features trappers would like to see. I am presently in the design stage and would
appreciate you thoughts.

Just build them like a tank.

Re: New traps

Get some old Montgomery traps and make them exactly the same.

Re: New traps

Like everybody else said, build them like MB's or old Montgomery traps, you'll be set!

Paws-I-Trip Pan

Center Base Swivel

Music Wire Springs

Thicker laminated jaws- Maybe squared like the old Victor #2's.

The horizon is your starting point.

Re: New traps

Definitely square jaw. Make the arms shorter so the hole can be made smaller. That's my biggest complaint with every trap. Shorten the spring arms!
