Trapline is holding steady!

I got three mice so far! All three are in the freezer waiting on the real trapping season to start. Like to get a couple more til the season!! Helps pass the offseason.

Re: Trapline is holding steady!

Are you using old school traps? We have been using the bucket, rod and peanut butter setup. Was working great but now think we are out of mice. Got to wait till next dispersement period.

the multi-catch traps work real well for catching a lot at one time. set them out along the edge of a field or in a barn, you will have more mice than you need.

Re: Trapline is holding steady!

Multi catch traps do work well. When I lived at the old place I had a Victor Tin Cat I used to set up in the barn in the granary. In a couple of hours I'd often have a half dozen or more of the critters. I'd taken 'em down to the basement and gather up the missus' house cats. I'd dump that trap out and get out of the way to watch the fun.

I trap mink because I don't know any better
