traps

iam from england ,can anyone give me some good u.s.a trapping sites to visit .what type of traps do you trappers use for stoats ,wesales martin etc .

i am only a bighead ..because i know everything

for everyone else reading this who is like me a stoat is a short tailed weasel I googled it.

what makes of traps do you use for smaller furbeares makes etc , in england i tend to stick with a trap called a fenn trap very good trap any info would be appreciated

For the smaller creatures that you might trap any Duke brand size 1 or 1.5 will work just fine. The same with Victors and Sleepy Creeks.

When you frequent American trappers' message boards you will often find trappers discussing various modifications for traps. This will not pertain to you. None of the animals you will be trapping require such measures.

Also you may want to consider going with body gripping traps made by the above mentioned manufacturers in the sizes of 110 and 55.
