finally this is the beaver that had seen the other week setting traps with the bite out of his tail.If you look he is missing a toe on his back foot where we had caught him earlier this year and got away

bites in tail are common . i would say nearly half have some bite marks in their tail .

yea but I had this one within 5ft of me and caught him in the set I was making when I seen him. He would void any sets with beaver lure on them, caught him on an ear of corn.
