Re: Anyone do out of state trapping

I've been on alot of diy hunting trips out west for elk/muleys/antelope.I know what you mean about access to public ground.I'm looking into Nebraska or maybe Montana for a trip.I have some help in Mt. to gain access to private ranches.I'm use to doing alot of homework for my hunting trips.I can say, that game wardens are very helpful in all the states I've been to hunting. Not sure how they are with trappers, but I will be sure to know the laws.Actually, was thinking of adding a trapline to one of my hunting trips, and just stay longer then usual.Dumping the carcasses will be something I have to look into.I think i'd be able to handle the fur and get it on strechers every night. Some very useful imfo though and I appreciate it.If anyones interested in an out of state trip, please pm me as a partner would probably be useful and a big help with the drive out
A southern line would also be a consideration, but my work always seems to get busy in late winter when their fur is best
