Law on Non-target Catch

So, whats the law on say, you catch a Mink tomarrow in a coon set and the season starts saturday?

thats the thing with our seasons here. i used to catch rats and mink plus the occasional coon in my beaver traps .i just don't anymore as i had to legally turn them in . waste of a resource as the green guys put them in a freezer for who knows what. my advice is just don't catch any not in season animals .

Yes to the above, let it go or if it has expired take it in. Accidents happen, never understood the PA laws, like you can only catch coon on the third Friday of every month if it is Rifle season unless its a leap year and after 9 o'clock. Just kidding.If you use bait stay away from things mink might like.
