Urine ????

I hear a lot of people say they use only fresh yellow urine, oppose to the dark meat feed ammonia smelling urine.

So my question is,How long do you consider it fresh? a day, week month,,year or as long as it stays yellow?
And why do they consider that dark urine is bad, when the old timer or the big time guys will only use dark meat feed urine
I know that walkercoonhunter has great urine and so does Bill Morgan,Bob Wendt, and Tim Rose which is dark and good

So try to educate me on urine

Re: Urine ????

I haven't trapped for many years, but meat fed urine always worked for me. I caught lots of reds and grays on urine that smelled very strong and had an odor of amonia.
