Trapping Bait

I went to the windmill ponds to fish for my trapping bait yesterday. Every September I stock up on fish, usually bluegills or suckers, then freeze them in water. They come out of the freezer fairly fresh when trapping starts.
I was shocked by the amount of shiners that came out of the pond, but, bait is bait.

Here are some pics.

Why do I call them the windmill ponds you ask?
This is what is behind me.

No, near the Somerset, Cambria and Bedford border.
