Are they legal in PA.? I just measured mine, 10 1/4" inside to inside, 11" outside to outside.

Re: 330 Belisle's??

Technically, they would be illegal. Technically.
However, most WCOs are not trappers, and thus leery of handling such large steel in a set position, even more so when alone and out along some backwoods stream.
Further, many times a beaver body gripping set is made in deeper water and not readily accessible without waders or hip boots.
I have serious doubts how many body gripping traps are actually measured with a tape as to their dimensions. I think the measurements are eye balled and if a trap looks legal, the WCO declares it legal. An inch one way, maybe a half inch another don't seem too important.

I trap mink because I don't know any better
