trapping questions

can you use a box trap for trapping and how do you skin the game because i am planning to start trapping it sounds very fun

you can use a box trap if you like, however it is not the best for most critters. you would be better off with some 1.50 or 1.75 as the latter would hold anything in this state and the smaller ones will work for anything else. this june would be our state trappers convention in clearfield county and if you are serious about wanting to trap it would be a good place to buy supplies and learn lots of things first hand.many knowledgeable people doing demos that will take the time to answer all your questions. good luck

check into youtube vids and how to's, its a lot of time work and money to trap, and you need to know what your getting into before you think about skinnin critters.

its realy to much info to answer in a post, but like dietsch said, try to make it to conventions and look at how to videos and books.
