Fox Question

Here in Bucks county (5c) there is alot of red fox around. Not that I am complaining about the reds. But never trapped a grey fox in bucks county in the 4 years of trapping. Just wanted to know why there isn't any greys around?? I trap mostly farm lands I know reds like farm land and grey like wooded areas. But seen some pics that greys have been trapped on farm lands too.

trapping goal

Re: Fox Question

Down where I am greys are in pockets here and there. If you don't set where the pocket is, you don't catch them. It comes down to being lucky to set in a grey pocket, or finding a landowner who already has seen greys around and will let you trap. Greys must dispurse at some point, then you may get one where you'd never think you'd get 1.
