Muskrat pic! (added beaver hoop VS rat hoop pic)

Caught at the same place as the last mink I posted. I've caught a few this year, but this one is the biggest and has the best fur. So, what I really want to do is make a hooped muskrat and put it on the wall next to my hooped beaver. But, it wasn't me that skinned the beaver and I still don't know how to skin something like that. Does anybody have any links/pictures/videos to give me a detailed look at how to do it?

I'd really like to keep this one

carefully cut around his wrists, then cut his feet off with diagonals.
Lay him on his back, cut from the middle of his chin to base of his tail, and the carefully skin him.

Thanks. I fleshed a handful of fat and meat off. Think its good enough??? I know people usually leave that "saddle" of meat on

Looking good so far. I would remove all the meat, fat, and salt it if I was going to send it out to get tanned? What is your next step?

Its looking better than I thought it would. Of course the rat will shrink when its tanned. The beaver in the pic is already tanned
