Cable Restraints

Anyone know of a site to get PA legal cable restraints for a reasonable price? Trying to get some out before I head back to school.

f&t has some.u have to have the permit to use them in pa. some people overlook that i almost did went to buy some after i paid for them they told me i returned them and went home and checked it out. they dont test any place close to were i live ill stick to leg holds for now.

Yeah I was checking out F&T they have pretty good pricing. cbowers I do have the permit but thanks for letting me know.

i think pgc has it on there site u might have to print it out or they might have a mail list.
