Critters year so far......

I've had my cahunas busted pretty hard about taking my kids on the trapline by folks that consider themselves sportsman. This is our future and if they want their kids sitting in front of the tv so be it. I'll continue to do what I do with my family whether they agree with it or not..... "Critter", my middle daughter goes with me at least three times a week and loves it. So I thought I would share some pics with fellow trappers of our year thus far. My first attempt at a slideshow...

Well I for one commend you on it! Thanks for posting the pics and also for sharing the outdoors with your family. I look forward to seeing the pics you post with your daughter, she is a cutie! I also take my daughters along on the trapline and it makes the moments even more special.

If you plant it, they will come!

You are a lucky man, Kyle. My children were never interested in any of my outdoor activities, but no use regretting the past. I think its most commendable of you to spend time with Critter. Good luck and many many happy memories to come.

I trap mink because I don't know any better

Great job with the kids. Keep them involved as much as possible. I wouldn't worry about the internet sportsman. It's amazing what some will get jealous over.

Re: Critters year so far......

I think you are doing great! Many people don't know how much we do (as trappers) as well as all the information we learn, and experience we have. Your children are extremely lucky. Keep up the good work!

I'll keep my money, guns, ammo, and health care; you can keep your change
