Fox Urine??

Thought my Fox urine was ok. No real bad ammonia smell or anything, but all I can catch is racoons?? Could this be a urine problem? Using fox gland lure in some of my sets and canine select in others with fox urine on backing. Could it be that the canines are not there or am I jsut not doing things correct? Had a few fox pics earlier this year and a few coyote pics. Have some dirt holes, some flat sets, and 1 urine post set. Just seeing if anyone has any info for me.

Decent P will not keep you from catching fur. Location is number 1 like Dietsch said. The weather has been moderate. Things should pick up soon. A lot of the time a canine will not work a set the first day, but later and especially when the weather is rainy, they will hit hard. Patience. Animal

Absolutely, the longer a set goes the more excited I get, also the more critters I catch in the set(s) the more confidence I have, with yotes being the exception. There creeps, they always want a new set to get caught in.

Re: Fox Urine??

Thanks for all the advice guys. I am guessing that my area might not be as good as I hoped. Have not even got a trail cam pic lately of the canine variety so I might have to try other places.
