Is the shoulder cape area ok? When this is the case with a mangey- the front half, head, and brisket area ( same area of skin as when you have a deer caped out for a shoulder mount), you can always cape it, leave the skull in if you aren't sure of the proper techniques of skinning the head for being mountable ( Renny, I would assume you do know with your years of trapping and skinning). You then freeze and market to taxidermists. A good coyote cape can get you 30.00 green frozen.
This doesn't apply to just Renny, but to all of you! Same for fox capes. Coon, possum- not so much. Taxidermists will also buy nice skunks that you dispatch without spraying. You can go to the for sale forum at taxidermy.net/forums to market them.
