The trap may be dog-proof, however the animal isnt

Had this surprise waiting for my this morning, apparently skunks like marshmallows and molasses too!!! However i dispatched it without it spraying!! Sorry for the bad picture as i kept my distance!!

I figure it's only a matter of time till I get one in a DP.Probably after I get done thinning out the grinners!

back when I was trapping a lot - I was never able to dispatch one with out it spraying - how did you do that

Life's too short to hunt with an ugly dog!
If it's locked up and put away - Your NOT safe!

A dp will catch most critters....

..sitting in a tent over decoys ain't turkey hunting...

I once had a possum tip over one of my lil griz's, but I've always caught coons and coons only in them. I have seen skunks in them before at other trapping forums though. One guy even had a chipmunk get in one and killed it like a bodygripper. LOL I guess if you got the tension lowered you could catch weasels in them?
