Just for fun

Here is something to try that you may find interesting.First off though I need to offer a warning. What I am going to say will get me cussed by every lure maker in the state. When I empty a bottle of lure I will take the bottle and put about 1/2 oz of red fox urine in it and shake well to get all of the lure dissolved in the urine.Doesn't matter what kind of lure it is. After I shake it well I put it all in a clean pint jar. I keep doing that all season till I get the jar about half full. Then take about a quarter cup of corn starch and dissolve that in just enough warm water to get it to melt.Don't add any more water than you have to,you don't want the water to dilute your lure..After you get the corn starch melted stir that into the lure enriched urine. Set it aside till the next season and try it on a couple sets near where you make sets with your normal lures and see what the results are.Let me know what results you see! Maybe a silver fox or a mountain lion who knows>Never tell a trapper that anything is impossible,He will bend over backward to prove that your wrong.Have fun on purpose folks!

Interesting idea. Iíve put urine in near empty lure bottles before and used it on flat sets.

Maybe if Iím really creative, theyíll name a set after me.😀
