Fishers will jump on about every log they come across. Grey fox like to walk on them also.

A little tip that I learned to with cats and fishers, fishers have 5 pads where a cat has 4. The tracks I followed were a little tricky to tell

Cat tracks are more rounded. These tracks are nearly in a straight line which is telltale cat. A dog's tracks will be more offset.

If you have enough snow, tracking is a fun way to spend a winter day. Iíve spent hours following coyotes, fishers and my personal favorite....mink. Mink will meander around a shoreline of a frozen lake or creek, checking out anything and everything.

How about this one ?
Towards the end of the tracks, those are crow tracks so don’t be confused.

Sorry for the poor detail, they were a little old, someone dumped a deer carcass and these are around it

This one was a little harder to tell cuz it was just a cluster of old tracks, this was at a different location. I’m surprised I’m gettin into them this much if fisher is the maker of the tracks
