Big red yote

Started getting pics of this yote last winter. Finally caught him this morning. Beautiful red color and hit right at 45lbs on the scale

Thatís a big dog! Congrats. Nice color too. Are you running long trap chains or is the trap attached to a drag?

I add about 24" to the chain that comes on the mb550

The 550 is a great trap! I was looking at that pic and it almost looked like that rock was being used as a drag. I drilled a couple before and have used expansion bolts to anchor my chain and trap. Nothing goes too far.

that's part of a stump that just happened to be lying in the middle of trail. Made for an ideal set location
