Beaver Trapping

Found Some fresh beaver sign from last night along the stream, But i dont have any large footholds above #2's to make castor mounds, and theres no channels to set conibears, and tips or ideas for sets for these beaver?

Yes make a slide. Get some black muck for the top. put caster on the muck then set your snare at the bottom so they swim through and it sinches down as they go up the slide. Anchor snare well cause they can realy pull. Good Luck!
