Re: What Poo is This?

I am no expert and I know you know what fox is but I almost think a feline, but not sure. Pic is hard to see for deception so I don't think it is yote. Can't wait to see what other say, as I am curious also.

Don't feline usually attempt to burry their feces or is that just a domestic cat thing?

Re: What Poo is This?

i thought i was a good poo guesser until my boy caught his bobcat this year and there was a "coyote" size turd in the catch circle.
it was about 6 in long and big around asa roll of quarters. if i didn't know it came from a 15lb cat i would have thought for sure it was yote so sometimes i just don't think you can tell.

Now your diggin' where the 'tators are!

Re: What Poo is This?

I'm fairly certain it's from a coyote. The pic is from a farm I trap here in SEPA and is the first time we've encountered yote sign on our line.

They've been working our sets on this farm and we found tracks and these droppings.

We knew this day was coming but we weren't looking forward to it...it's a game-changer. Now I have to change anchors from single to double stake swivels or earth anchors, etc., have to change the way I set if I want to target some of the buggers...
