bobcat meat

Is bobcat meat any good to save for trapping? Dad called one in and shot it Friday night and wondered if I should save the meat. Thanks!

Re: bobcat meat

Canines like bobcat meat, tainted or fresh. I was given a carcass that I'll taint a little and then add premade bait solution to that'll prevent any more spoilage. A lot of canine bait sold contains bobcat or beaver meat.
