off trapping season, so far...

This seasons been a little off, foxes are hard to come by for me this season. I've only got one, compared to 11 coons, 2 skunk, 9 opossums, 2 missed coyote, and more then can count of deer firing off my traps. I'm coming off of a week break, but resetting this afternoon I found alot of promising signs. Fresh coyote droppings and some fresh fox tracks and droppings. I don't run a big line usually 5 or so traps but I got 7 set on 3 farms and I'll set 3 more farms tomorrow after work, hopefully I can get a few more foxes to finish off the season!

Re: off trapping season, so far...

I had the same problem with deer a few yrs ago. I averaged atleast 3 remakes a day due to deer. Stopped useing urine at my sets and i may have 1 deer remake a month and still pinch as many fox. Give it a shot and good luck!

Honesty is my only excuse.
