Pennsylvania legal foothold

I'm looking at our regulations in our digest and it's pretty vague IMHO. States 6.5 inch spread cannot be exceeded. Is that inside spread or outside spread.

I'm in the process of researching some more traps and was thinking about some MB650's and trying out some fully modified #3 dog less Bridger's. I don't want to be buying or using illegal traps for my state.

Any of you fellas got any informative feedback?

Thanks!

Re: Pennsylvania legal foothold

6 1/2" outside

Bridger #3's are 6 1/2", if you laminate the jaws, do inside laminate.
