Question - Pa bobcat trappers

Is it legal to use attractants for bobcat? like a hanging feather from a string?

"A pine needle fell in the forest. The eagle saw it. The deer heard it. The bear smelled it."

Re: Question - Pa bobcat trappers

No bait visible from the air is all the regulation book says!! WCO might call the feather bait? To b on safe side use tinsel from the Christmas tree-worked on the last 4 for me.

Re: Question - Pa bobcat trappers

No animal parts or replicas of them visible from the air. A lot of people use CDs and aluminum cans.
