Well three days into my trapping season and success. Me and a kid that has been beaver trapping with me for a year, put out some sets and we got a
20#r, not bad hopefully they get bigger. We're going to cook this one up somehow im think deep fried nuggets. Maybe beavertail soup. Anyone have any beaver recipes they want to share.

all that's really any good are the hind legs , remove all fat cover in barbecue sauce and some brown sugar ..... cook on 225 for about 8-10 hours . I usually wait till I get three or so . the key is cook them slow
