Re: Forest County Trappers Day 2015

Someone told me the PGC took down the cable restraint registration for this day. I will call the NW Headquarters to see what is going on and let you know

Re: Forest County Trappers Day 2015

CALLED NW HEADQUARTERS of PGC ABOUT CABLE RESTRAINT CLASS BEING CANCELED. Guy on the other end of the phone was totally clueless. Will try again tomorrow to talk to someone who might have a clue as even what day today is. What a waste of time and our hunting/trapping money this guy was and is.

Dave Heist and Dave Graham Coyote and fox and some guy named Jim Howe will be doing the Bobcat. I was told he is a good cat trapper by a few folks.

Re: Forest County Trappers Day 2015

Next year I have both the trappers day and the trappers school I plan on having them both on the same day. It will be my tenth year of holding a trappers day. I plan on getting out a little more advertisement and things to get the word out a little more. Sorry you didn't get more business, but as you said, its been down all over this year. Thank you for coming and your continued support Ron, hope to see you next year.
I am going to have Forest County Trappers Day shirt made up next year. Have talked to a few of the vendors about being sponsors for the shirts. Everyones name or business will be located on the back With Forest County 10 Annual Trappers Day being at the top. Just thought I would let you know, didn't know weather you wanted to be in on it or not. At the moment I am planning on 200 shirts because 3 of the guys said they would like to sell them in their shops as well. I have a year to get the ball rolling, but the sooner the ball and ideas start the easier it will be in the end. Let me know if you are interested. Have a good fall, Jim
