speed dip removal

What is best thing for removing speed dip from traps? I think I can recall someone making something to remove it but I don't remember who it is.

I used vinegar for 4-5 days. Depends on how thick the coating is. If you can, use a pressure washer to get into the tight spots. It took some work, but they cleaned up.
