Just hit a massive buck but not well. I need feedback ASAP

He jumped when he got hit but just walked away like nothing happened. I'm like what, did I miss??? Found bolt with this on it.

Looks like stomach contents to me - smell it and see if it smell like guts. If so, I wouldnt even begin tracking until a good 8hrs from now. You dont want to bump him.

I like to let them go 24 hrs sometimes.
7-8 hrs minimum.

Yep, at least. That's a paunch (gut) hit for sure, not an unusual reaction for a paunch hit. You are going to have to play this very smart, whatever you do don't push him, at all. Good luck and I hope you recover him.

Looks like a Gut Shot to me , Don't push him. Any Blood at all? He could very well die but it won't be anytime soon.
Chances are he'll head for water.
