Rutcation 2019 Scheduled!!!

Well, I scheduled my annual RUTCATION this morning. My excitement level is off the charts, and it's only August 14th...

Anyone else lock in those vacation dates yet?

Here's what I took.

10/31-11/01
11/04-11/05
11/08-11/15

I would have taken the first full two weeks of November off, bit I have mandatory regional meetings that I just can't get out of.

Including Saturday's, this will give me 12 days in November to seal the deal!

Looks like time wont be an issue for you.

Hunting: 10% skill and 90% location.

My November weekdays in addition to the Saturdays:
1
7-8
11-12
15

Within those weeks I generally have some flexibility to move those around to the best (coldest) days. That was my reason for new strategy this year, last year I took a straight week and 3/5 days were garbage weather.

And a 4-5 day trip to either the ADKs or WV leading up to Thanksgiving.

Can't wait. The hunting bug is starting up pretty bad this last week or two.

I have the entire season approved off. Likely to still spend 10-15 days in the office though, Don't want to burn out.
