LH Flintlock for TC Renegade

I have a TC Renegade cap lock. I would like to change it over to a flintlock.
Anyome know if I can get a lock mechanism that will fit?

You need to change the barrel as well.

Can be done but I would just buy another gun and save the cap for October.

I dont hunt deer much or if at all until rifle season. I'm addicted to bird dogs
Its been a project I've wanted to do for a while. I used it in the YHEC program back when you had to use a cap lock. A few years later the allowed inlines and i upgraded. So this gun has been sitting in a shelf for about 10 years now.

Re: LH Flintlock for TC Renegade

L&R Locks makes an RPL lock for TC. They are @ $155.00 shipped in the white, and they will blue or brown it for extra $$. Not sure if they make a southpaw one, but it doesnt say they dont. And they do mention not on other locks.

Re: LH Flintlock for TC Renegade

The one thing, the RPL lock is a replacement, but not a true drop in from the get go. You might (probably will) have to do a bit of inletting to make her fit proper.
