Cut off date???

I just got a flintlock for christmas and wanted to make sure before i went to get a license. Is there a cut off date to purchase a muzzleloader license?

No that ended several years ago. Go to any POS loctation and buy one.

Is your position a short term gain - or a long term loss? Separate the issues.
