had a good night

what a night i had,saw 35 turkey most of them longbeards,saw over 20 deer including 2 nice bucks,missed my 7th deer with the smokepole this year then right at dark i put the sneek on one and finally conected with my first flintlock deer,it ended up beeing a buttonbuck thou,but i still had a BLAST and he should be good eating.

Congrts! The next 2 days if its brown it gets shot! Heck the neighbors dog with some BBQ sauce is looking good right now!

WTG on the first with the flinter! A real accomplishment for sure!

Oh, and I know what you mean Bunky! I haven't taken as much as a doe this year! Thank goodness I've got until the 23 down here in the flatlands!

I'm 18 and I love the outdoors.

This week when I have been sitting out in the evenings waiting for deer I often wonder how bad the hide would be if I were to see a fox and hit it with a 240 grain hollow point .45 bullet.
