For Powerbelt shooters

just thought i'd let you know this.

If you send powerbelt an email with your hunting story and a picture of the game you took with the powerbelt bullet, they will send you a free package of powerbelts of your choice.

Cool!

Is your position a short term gain - or a long term loss? Separate the issues.

Awesome! Powerbelt 245's baby!

Update: Should have clicked the link first! You have to physically mail it rather than email! Last time I checked it was 2010! Oh well.

Re: For Powerbelt shooters

I got a free pack of platinum 338s by "emailing" them pics of my flintlock elk. Interesting thing is Barnes gave me a pack of the T-EZ 250s before the hunt to use but I just can't get away from the powerbelts. I like the full bore, haven't found a sabot that is more accurate, and easier to load than even the Barnes T-EZ specifically designed to be EZ loading.

I don't understand the sabots either...

Knight shoots them out of his knight inline with very good groups...

he had me try 1 in my cva back before the early muzzleloader season and it hung up half way down the barrel...I had to pull the breech plug and pound it back out the front end!

NO WAY Am I even going to attempt to shove 1 of them completly down the barrel and end up having it explode the barrel!

I have another buddy who has also tried them in his CVA...he had the same result with a clean barrel and he pounded the heck out of it and got it seated against the powder charge and shot it off...1 and done was his deal!

I'll stick to the powerbelts...they have produced very good results for me in the past 4 years of having the inline!!!
