Looks like the old Uberti/EIG/Marco Buffalo Hunter style that many of the italian companies had that someone did a bit of "customizing" to. Hard to tell without seeing that metal support that went where the forestock is now. Frame does look like a TC though.

That is the way it came from the factory. Complete with the expensive Morini style grips.
