im wondering which pa pellet you have. i shoot an ultralight with the 1:28 chrome moly barrel. i shoots lights out with the 250gr hornady sst sabots in front of 80gr fffg goex. they load a little tight in a dirty bore but nothing unmanageable.

Any tips or suggestions
Curious....what sabot & what size(ie .451, .452 etc)bullet are you using??
