Late season muzzleloader

Why can't I use a scope in late season but it is o.k. for early season? Is it because the game commission feels the herd has already been thinned out?

A scope on a flintlock? They legalized peep sights why not use those? First on my 2 flinters there is no way of putting scope mounts unless I got them drilled and tapped.

Re: Late season muzzleloader

The whole point of the late season is "primitive" arms. There isnt much primitive in a 3X9 Tasco!! The late season is not really a deer management tool for the PGC. If advanced weapons were legalized, then it would be a management tool.

There is no "X" in my bow!!
