T/C Hawken Problem

When I cock my gun back, it sometimes does not stay back and flies forward. Does anyone know why it does this or how it can be corrected. It doesn't seem safe to have it this way because it slip forward when cocking it back.

take the lock and the trigger assembly out and make sure the screws that hold the trigger assembly together didnt work loose
if they did take 1 at a time and blue locktite them
mine did the same thing a while back and thats what i found
