goex inline?

I have an .45 cal inline that i was shooting the pellets out of but it seems they have been discontinued for whatever reason, anyways I am out of pellets and on last range outing my scope was loose, or broken. I tighted the rings down but now im outta pellets and cant find replacements. I do however have some loose Goex in 3f. that i use for my tradional m.l. Besides being dirtier, would it be safe to use a 80 grain load to test out if the scope is broken or not?

I shoot 90gr Goex FFG and a 460 No Excuses Maxi Ball out of my NEF Sidekick inline. Shoots lights out. Before that I used T/C 470gr Maxi Hunter conicals but they haven`t made them in a long time, that`s when I switched to No Excuses brand. It`s shaped like the T/C Maxi Ball.

I've been using FFF Goex with inlines for decades.
