Re: Twist on a T/C Pennsylvania Hunter

Called T/C. Unless marked on the barrel, all PA Hunter's are a 1:48 twist.

Re: Twist on a T/C Pennsylvania Hunter

I know the original ones with the 31 and 21 in ch barrels were 1:66 twist and were so marked. I had one with a 31 inch barrel. Great gun, terrible single trigger.

Re: Twist on a T/C Pennsylvania Hunter

I have one of the old ones with a 31 inch octagon to round barrel and it has a 1:66 twist. Good trigger but was worked over to lighten. Not sure about the newer ones with shorter full octagon barrels.

Re: Twist on a T/C Pennsylvania Hunter

The T/C Pennsylvania Hunters were made for Pa's roundball only season(way back when) and were 1:66 twist barrels. They came in a long barrel(Unsure of length even though I own one)and a carbine length. Never heard of one with a 1:48 twist.

Unfortunately the latter ones were ruined with QLA and a 1:48 twist. Another T/C blunder as of late. Brinbg back the old T/C !!
