yes.

There is no luck in lead unless it's flying.

Yes, Title 34, section 2525. I've been carrying my Glock 26.

Sec. 2525. Possession of firearm for protection of self or others.
(a) General rule.—It is lawful for a law enforcement officer or any person who possesses a valid license to carry a firearm issued under 18 Pa C.S. Section 6109 (relating to licenses) to be in possession of a loaded or unloaded firearm while engaged in any activity regulated by this title.

Yup,

I got tag-checked leaving a gameland last year during flintlock season, WCO noticed my revolver in holster. He just asked to see my concealed carry card and asked if I was hunting with the revolver. I told him it was for protection purposes, he said "ok".

Re: Concealed carry while muzzleloading?

Takes the thread off the rails, but I don't open carry. I see no reason to advertise my armed status, and that applies tactically for the bad guys and also for the Moms Demand Action crowd who live to create controversy over carry of firearms in public. I don't need someone with an agenda raising a stink over my Glock in my waistband when I've done nothing to anyone ever, and it's presence is for defense of myself and others.

When I hunt, I make no serious effort to conceal, although with cold weather come layers and longer coats that tend to cover up a waist-mounted handgun. In bow season, my G23 is fairly visible to anyone who cares to look. Then again, I don't really care that it's visible then, either. 9 times out of 10, I see exactly no one when I'm bowhunting, and with some exceptions, those whom I do see are not shocked by a handgun on my belt.
