Sounds similar to my crossbow buck a few years ago. Sitting behind a rock wall and was calling blind, doe bleating, grunting and rattleing. He came up on my right shoulder at 20 feet and was all worked up. snorting, drooling and giving me the stinkeye. Ended up shooting him at 15 yards as he walked past me quartering away. Man my heart was beating fast
Thanks everyone. And in a few months, my dad's 2016 buck will be hanging right next to it. Smaller body, larger rack.
