thoughts on late season stocked pheasant

I typically hunt locally stocked pheasant in 5c and after opener, deer, no longer stocking, and not to mention the snow and fridged nights and days we have been having i was wondering what ppl are thing the odds are and how worth it would be to go out when it re-opens

Don't shoot till you see the white on their necks

The season already re-opened on the Dec 16. ASWALLACE911 obviously thought it was worth going out.

Any and all hunting beats the heck out of sitting on the couch.

Odds or not I try to get out as much as possible. Hunting isn't always about bagging something. Go out and have fun.

If you enjoy hunting please find a way to give back to the sport. Our children will thank you.

Yep, get out there, a bad day bird hunting beats the best day of just about anything else. I've been out two days this week and didn't even carry a gun today, just a camera to get some shots of the dogs in action.
