Rabbits

I'm debating getting back into rabbit hunting with a dog, but before I invest time/money in training a dog how have the rabbits been the last few years?

Re: Rabbits

Been really good actually best I have seen in a long time. I just picked a beagle up yesterday 3 year old 12 inch I have hunted over her before great dog. My buddy who owned her moved to SC for work and there just isn't the oppurtunity down there. Free trained beagle? I couldn't say no! He even threw in his new in box shock collar and crate. But seriously rabbit hunting atleast around here has been great the last 4-5 years.

Re: Rabbits

Yeah I tell you it was dumb luck man just called me out of the blue and asked me because he was coming up to deer hunt the first day. Believe me if bad luck was power I would be king of the world. This is the first good luck I have had in a long time! Hopefully the year off hasn't hurt her too bad. I wanna work with her ASAP so I can get her back in shape.
